Dear clients, given the new and current situation with the spread of the virus Covid-19 and the state of emergency declared in the Republic of Serbia, we would like to inform you of the measures that our office has undertaken in this respect.
France’s anti-corruption law, known as Sapin II, is now in force. This law is fully applicable to all French companies, regardless of whether they are doing business in France or abroad. It imposes the obligation of applying a set of corporate measures and internal control procedures within the scope of fighting corruption. A training session on this matter will be organized on 29 January 2020.
