Oliver is a Partner in MMD with more than 18 years of professional experience in advising and legal representation in different industries.

Throughout his career, Oliver has specialized in corporate and commercial law, FMCG and energy sector (notably in RE). Oliver has gained a solid expertise in competition policy and EU law harmonisation, consumer protection, corporate compliance and market surveillance, product labelling and traceability requirements as well as in data protection.

Oliver has provided assistance in drafting law, by-laws and manuals in the area of competition and consumer protection.

Oliver is proficient in English and fluent in French and Russian. He has been lecturing at the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade for the past few years.
