French anti-corruption law Sapin II – Training on 29.01.2020.

France’s anti-corruption law, known as Sapin II, is now in force. This law is fully applicable to all French companies, regardless of whether they are doing business in France or abroad. It imposes the obligation of applying a set of corporate measures and internal control procedures within the scope of fighting corruption. A training session on this matter will be organized on 29 January 2020.

Staff lease soon to be regulated by specific law

It is expected that the Law on Agency Employment (i.e. staff lease) will soon be adopted, regulating for the first time this matter in Serbia. The draft law was referred to the National Assembly for consideration in August 2019 and it is expected that once adopted it will reach full application as of 1 March 2020.
